Shipping

Orders for CDs, books or other merchandise are generally shipped within two business days of receiving your order when we are not on the road. However, please understand that depending upon our ministry schedule we may not be able to process your order for several days. If you have not received your order within two to three weeks, please contact us.

We can not be responsible for losses or delays caused by improper shipping information or carrier problems.

Returns

We will gladly replace or refund the purchase price (less S/H) of any shipped products due to manufacturer's defect or incorrect item shipped. Please contact us to authorize a return for refund or exchange. When we have received the product and confirmed the problem we will issue the refund or exchange. Any individually wrapped items, such as CDs or DVDs, that are returned because they were the wrong item must be returned unopened to receive refund or exchange. All sales for download purchases are final; no refunds.

Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. A full refund will be issued for discontinued items. (Refunds on shipping costs for discontinued items included in combined shipping rates will be prorated accordingly.)

Sorry but we can not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
